Today, the martians, Deborah, Hong Yu & Isabel went to help Miss Chua with the decorations for her new classroom that she will be teaching in.This was what Deborah and Isabel pasted on a board. I added the heart. Isn't it lovely?

Look at this broom. & look at what Miss Chua did after pulling the hairs out.




Poor broom....

After that, Miss Chua gave each one of us a container to put the sweets which she got for us during her trip in Australia.

Cool eh? Anyway, I just want to wish you all a belated Merry Christmas (if there's such a thing) and A very Happy New Year ! And... always remember...

On Wednesday and today, some martians, Amanda Tan, Hanisa, Zelia, Isabel, Sarakim, Hong Yu and Deborah(she came today only) helped Miss Chua to clear the art room.
On Wednesday, they got a really good treat from Miss Chua which is.... MacDonald's! They spent $36+ altogether. Today, the martians called for Canadian Pizza and ordered....Let me remember... 6 packet of pizza, 4 packet of chicken wings (6 in each) and 4 packets of Pepsi (1500ml each). Altogether, $92.95. For your information, Miss Chua took one of the packet of pizza to give to her friend.
I guess you'll be thinking... "Ahyo! They surely cannot finish eating!"
If you're thinking the same as that, you're wrong. The martians finished the whole entire thing with the help of 2 P5 girls who were helping them to clear too. (Diana and Heather)
They also had fun mixing the chili and cheese together with the chicken bones which are left in the pizza box. Poor chickens...

Just want to say Thank you for clearing up the art room, Miss Chua appreciate it! (:

Today was the P6 Fair and the martians were ready for selling things! Every martian did their duty and they had earned quite alot of 'money' for the school. During the afternoon shift, there was a false fire drill alarm which sounded and Miss Chua said that 6 Patience did a good job in moving along quietly. CHEERS FOR 6 PATIENCE!
15 November 2007
Today was the P6 Nite for the martians and everyone was worried about their song which they were going to sing. Everyone came at 1p.m as expected to rehearse the song one last time. When they were eating their dinner, Martian Denise Lim found a roasted caterpiller on one of the vegetables in her rice. Amanda Tan also found brown circle things in her drink when she was about to finish it. EW.
After eating, there was a game played in the canteen about how well do you know your form teacher? They were supposed to ask as many questions as possible about their form teacher and by 3 minutes, Mdm Loh, the 'MC', will say out a register number and ask a question to them.

After that, everyone went back to the hall and had fun watching the performance done by other classes.After 6 classes had perform theirs, it was their turn. Everyone started to panic while Martian Deborah tried to calm them down. Martian Allison started to breathe up and down, up down so hard, that I think she might have gotten asthma attack. When the martians finished their performance, everyone started to calm down and relax.
Notes: Martians get easily frightened.
When the results are released, they found out that their class didn't get any prizes at all. Please, do not get disheartened. Think about it, just because of this song, don't you think our relationship in the class is much better? *nods*

16 November 2007
Today is the last day of school. Some martians in the class cried while others were happily playing games with cards such as, Cheat, Stress and Uno.
When I went out of the classroom, I saw many people crying outside and some were hugging each other. Keely walked past me and asked why is my class the only class who doesn't have anyone crying. (No one were crying that time) I just shrugged.
Sighs, school has ended. BUT, that doesn't mean that our friendship in the class has ended yet. It will last forever. I'm sure of it. And that doesn't mean that this class blog will be ended. It will last. Anyone from 6 Patience who would want to tag the board, I welcome you.

Today, Miss Chua told the martians that during the P6 Fair, everything they sell will be very bad for health, e.g, chicken wings, candy, candy floss, fries, nuggets and many other more food. She says that she won't know what to eat during that day. When Miss Chua was drinking water, one martian named Hanisa shouted, "DURIAN!" Miss Chua heard it and spit out the water she just drank. Every martian started to laugh till their eyes nearly popped off from their face. (ew?)
One announcement to make to ALL 6 Patience people (er). On Monday, please tell your parents that you need to stay back to rehearse on the song plus, to do the things which are needed for P6 Fair. Thank you.
6 Patience also wish that Martian Alethea will recover fast from the injury which she had on Monday.

Today, the martians stayed in the hall to watch a movie called, "Nanny Mcphee" as five of the other classes in P6 went for their Growing Up Session.
After their recess, Miss Chua met up with the martians and started discussing about the song for the P6 Nite. After the meeting, it is decided that Yati will do the pole dance and Martian Francine will do the hula dance during the P6 Nite.
31 Oct 2007,
Today the martians went to the hall to practice on their song which they are going to sing during the P6 Nite.
They have decided that they would be singing, "Start Of Something New". But the special thing about this song is, the martians would change the lyrics of the song and so, during the P6 Nite, the girls there would be hearing a new song but with the same rythem.
It is obeserved that the 11 martians who are singing the boys part are very good and boy, their voices are so man.(HAHA)
The martians doing the girls part are also good and so are the martians who are dancing.

Today was the Growing Up Session for the martians and alot of them learnt new skills on how they could protect themselves.
I also found out that Yati's favourite word is 'rape'. You may ask, how do I know? Well, it was because during the session, I always hear Yati saying rape this and rape that. So now, I concluded that she likes the word 'rape'.

Today, the martians started to plan on the P6 Fair and what would they be doing. Miss Chua said that they should put Baba into the vacuum cleaner, place it in a machine and cut it into pieces. One martian suggested to sell it in the fair but it would be very disgusting. Miss Chua replied saying that it would look VERY tender and not disgusting hence, everyone will eat it. EW.
In the Games section for the P6 Fair, Miss Chua suggested that they should put water into a balloon and ask the people who are playing to shoot at it. She also suggested that they should put Martian Hong Yu in charge of holding the balloons so that when anyone hit the balloon correctly, they could hear Hong Yu screaming and so, they would know that they shot the balloon.

Today, the martians went to Sentosa to do a mega race. One of the group(4) went lost and called the emergency number. Fortunately, they found their way back hence, they didn't get disqualified.
Presently, the martians still don't know who won the race yet.
Wednesday, 24 Oct, 2007
Today, during Miss Chua's period, the martians were talking about the P6 fair and what they are going to do. In the 'food proposal', Miss Chua wrote that the martians would be selling ice-cream. Some one suggested to sell those which must be scooped up. Miss Chua said that if they do that, they must wear a uniform which include a hat and an apron. Suddenly, Martian Hong Yu told Miss Chua that they should wear a container instead of a hat. Every martian started to laugh with Miss Chua. It was decided that Martian Hong Yu would be wearing a container on that day.
When they were at the 'craft proposal', Miss Chua suggested to do some decorations on a stone and sell it like the other P6s did in the past. It would be very expensive as they would have to buy the stones for selling. Martian Hong Yu said that she would go to the park and pick up the stones to decorate on. What a funny idea...
When Deborah, Jamie, Denise Lim and I was making the designs for the class t-shirt, Deborah went in to the class blog so that we can see the flying saucer which is in the background of the blog. She went and see the tag board and found Zelia writing, "I love Miss Chua...muax" 7 times in a row. She told to Miss Chua and every martian started to laugh when Miss Chua said she have a stalker.
Apparently, that isn't the real Zelia who wrote it. It was someone else. Now, as the class blogger, I have been informed that Allison, MY NAME and Zelia's have been used before by someone else. I hope the 'SOMEONE ELSE' will admit that it was she who wrote it so we can close this case. If not, I will either close the tag board corner or tell it to Miss Chua. Thank you for your co-operation.

Today (Yesterday there was nothing to write about), when Miss Chua was teaching them, a martian name Hong Yu started to scream. Every martian near her started to panic when they saw what martian Hong Yu was screaming about. It was a cockroach on the floor running away. Every martian started run away from that area. Martian Hong Yu carried her bag on her lap and jumped onto her chair while she screamed the whole way through. Miss Chua and some other martians started to laugh at martian Hong Yu's behaviour. The teacher then went to take a dustpan behind the classroom and killed the poor little cockroach which was trying to run away from martian Hong Yu's scream.
6 Patience wishes the cockroach to R.I.P.

During the morning classes, Martian Sei Yin was brought home as she vomitted 3 times. (Two in the classroom while one in the hall) We hope you'll get well!

After assembly, there was no chapel for the martians as there was a group of adults who came to talk about 'deafness'. When the lady, who was standing on the stage, was teaching the P5s and 6s (plus the martians, of course) how to do alphabets in sign languages, I noticed that everyone in other classes were trying to do it but, the martians weren't doing anything, only some tried. When they reached their classrooms, I saw them starting to try the sign languages.THEY ARE VERY WIERD.

Today, Mrs Lee 'visited' the martian's class for half an hour. During that time, Miss Chua asked the martians about formal letters. (Who do we write to as formal letters) Every martian started to tell what they are used for, and suddenly, one martian said "It is use for complaining." Everyone started remembering about the incident whereby Miss Chua kept on talking with the phrase 'UTTER RUBBISH' and started to laugh.
After Mrs Lee was gone, Miss Chua said that when the student's hair were not correct for the school rule, the teachers will help them to cut it. She also said that some would would put a bowl on their head and cut the hair which are not covered by the bowl. Yati, who was hearing carefully, said 'huh...' And Miss Chua heard it. She then said that Yati wanted the 'bowl' hairstyle and every martian started to laugh. POOR YATI...
After awhile, when Miss Chua was teaching, she saw Baba rocking her chair and told her that if the chair breaks, she would have no chair to sit on for PSLE. She also said that during the past, when the teachers caught students rocking their chairs, they would ask the students to stand up with knees bend, backbone straight and they will be left there for many hours. She asked the martians to try it for 30 seconds and some of the martians stood up and tried. Miss Chua suggested that this should be the punishment for those martians who rock their chairs. She also said that she will prevent the BUTT from falling by putting fire on it.
After Maths, it was Miss Chua's period again and she told the martians about the class party that they would have on 28th of Sep, 2007. There were many suggestions and every martian is excited about it. I'm sure we'll have A BLAST.

During class, Miss Chua asked if any of the martians heard the alarm ringing on 15th of Sep. (It was the Civil Defence's bell)
She then said that if there's any emergency, we have to smash the window which has the red triangle in the middle. After that, Miss Chua joked and said that the martians need to use their martianic hand to break the window. Baba heard what she said and told Miss Chua that if they use their hand to break it, their hand would have a cut. Miss Chua replied that Baba should use her head to break the window instead of the hand and to my surprise, Baba said OK.
Another martian called Vanessa Yeo said that they should squeeze through the small window to rescue themselves.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, FOR MARTIANS, THEY ARE ALRIGHT, BUT FOR REAL PEOPLE, PLEASE DON'T DO IT AS IT IS DANGEROUS. YOU SHOULD USE SOMETHING HARD TO BREAK THE WINDOW.

During Maths lesson, Miss Ang said to the martians that they should have confidence in themselves.
She also said if the martians now always say that they will die because of the PSLE, when they opened the PSLE Booklet on that day, without even reading the first question, they ARE DEAD. So, she said that before they take their PSLE, they should prepare their grave, tomb and the location of where they would want their body to R.I.P
When it was Science supplementary, Miss Chua was irritated by the noise outside the classroom which some humans were making. But, Miss Chua was kind enough to let them off so, she continued to teach the martians. Suddenly, the martians heard humans running across the classroom and to their surprise, one human, called Crystal from 6 Sincerity, open the back door of the martian's classroom and ran in. 40 pairs of martian's eyes plus one human eye (Miss Chua)were looking at her. At that time, Miss Chua was furious. She shouted at the human and scolded her. But, all Crystal did was apologised WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE.
NOTE TO ALL MARTIANS: DO NOT BEHAVE LIKE THESE HUMANS DO. IT IS IMPOILTE AND RUDE.
At that time, I recalled all the days of my time with the martians and concluded that THE MARTIANS FROM 6 PATIENCE ARE BETTER THAN OTHER CLASSES. Another thing is, EVERY MARTIAN DID NOT BREAK THE RULE OF THE SCHOOL.
GOOD JOB 6 PATIENCE!!! *APPLAUSE PLEASE...*
During supplementary, Miss Chua was going through on a science worksheet with the martians. When they were at a question on the place where the air transfer, one martian said that it breathe through blow hole. Miss Chua was staring at them at disbelief. She said that the transfer of the air in a dolphin is the lungs, not the blow hole. She also said that if it is blow hole, that means that human's nostrils is the place where air transfer. One martian called Hongyu, said that the human's butt is also the place where air is transfer and Miss Chua sat there... staring... and finally she said that they should put a whistle at that part.
NOTE: THE TRANSFER OF AIR IN A DOLPHIN IS THE LUNGS, NOT THE BLOW HOLE.

During P.E time, Miss Chua asked the martians to get into groups of 4. Every martian started to run around to find their groups.
After about 10 seconds, the martians were still finding and counting their group members. Miss Chua looked at them with disbelief, wondering whether martians can count in the first place.
She then went and played a game with the martians on 'Numbers'.

Intructions:
1st: Make a big circle
2nd: Miss Chua would say a number e.g 4, so, the martians need to get into groups of 4
3rd: Those who are 'left out' have to do 5 push-ups as punishment
4th: The martians you choose must be standing opposite you and NOT beside you

One of the martian, Baba, had to do 3 times of push-ups during the game as she was 'left out' 3 times in the game.
After CME, it was Miss Chua's period again.
During her period, I heard Baba saying that she already divorced with Ali.
That means, Ali and Baba had been married all this while... And now they are DIVORCED.
But... I can't tell you if they are REALLY DIVORCED as I didn't see the divorce paper yet.
So, I can't gurantee that Baba is telling the truth.
Congratulations to martians Hanisa, Lim Wei and Vanessa Yeo as they got the top 3 for results in the class respectively. The 4th martian is Deborah Lee and as Miss Chua had said, the difference between the results of Vanessa Yeo and Deborah Lee's is 0.002. Very close.

During Miss Chua's period, she asked the martians what is inside the ovary of a female.
One martian name as Hanisa, said that inside the ovary, there are seeds in it. Every martian started to laugh. They ARE weird...
NOTE: IT IS FALSE.

After that, Miss Chua said that when she was young, she was called pea brain(airhead).

One martian sitting near the teacher's desk said that the brain of a bird is called bird brain.
Miss Chua said that the martian's brain is worse than that. POOR Miss Chua...
When Miss Chua was teaching, she said the word 'suckers'. Every martian looked at each other and started to laugh as they were thinking about THE OTHER meaning of 'suckers'. When Miss Chua knew, she told the martians that they suck blood from all the teachers who teach them. She then said,"Why don't you suck MY FATS???" Every martian started to laugh again till all their antennas came out and had to use super glue to glue it back in place.

13 Sep, Thursday, 2007
On that day, Miss Chua gave the martians a listening comprehension test for them to practice. Once, during the listening compre, the lady said, "Fatty bom bom~ Today cannot go home!~" and every martian started to laugh till their antennas and eyes pop out from their bodies. (YUCK!)
After that, Miss Chua appointed 20 martians to move some funitures for the PSLE Listening Comprehension which was the next day. The 20 martians had to bring the tables and chairs down and up the stairs and some of them nearly roll down the stairs.
So... what can you learn about martians today? You can learn that martians are VERY clumsy.
After moving the funitures, the 20 exhausted martians came back to their respective classroom. Miss Chua started to tell them that after school, they should clear their brains by putting water into the ear and shake it so that tomorrow the brain cells will keep intact.

After a week of school holidays, the martians are once again back to
school....
10 Sep 2007, Monday
During PE lesson, when the martians were taking out their pinafores,
Yati said aloud that she would not marry until 200 years later. One
martian, Amanda Chia, said that Yati would marry in heaven as 200
years later they would all be dead.
After having PE in the hall, Miss Chua went to say something to
martian Sei Yin and she went to spit out the water in her mouth which
she was drinking. Everyone started to laugh.

11 Sep 2007, Tuesday
During English, Miss Chua was teaching the martians about formal
letters. She said that formal letters are used in many ways. E.g
A formal letter to the principal, to a company or a complaint.
She also said that some complaints are UTTER RUBBISH.
She said that some parents from a school gave
complaints like, "Dear so and so, Why is my child having only 10
mins of recess? Can you extend it longer? Thanks." OR, "Dear so and
so, My child said that she didn't drink water because you, the teacher,
doesn't allow her to bring her water bottle to school..." And many more
UTTER RUBBISH...Miss Chua also said, "There is ONE MORE complaint
which is really UTTER RUBBISH which is... the parents went and make
a complaint about the teacher not letting the student TO GO TO THE
TOILET. Every martian started to laugh till their antennas nearly dropt.
After that, She said that her favourite word that she use every time is...
UTTER RUBBISH! She then said that all 6Patience give to her was
UTTER RUBBISH. Nothing like real homework.
She also said that during the last day of the school, the martians should
sing the song called, "UTTER RUBBISH" by the black hole 6 Patience.
NOTE: DO NOT GIVE MISS CHUA ANY LETTERS FROM YOUR PARENTS
WHICH ARE TORN AND TATTERED AS SHE SAID THAT THE PARENTS
ARE NOT GIVING HER RESPECT!!!
After that, Miss Chua started to talk about the Esplanade and
performance done inside it. She also said that when she went to
watch "The King And I", she saw a few girls about 17+ wore short pants
WHICH CAN NEARLY SEE THEIR BUTT and spaghetti stripe shirt to the
performance. The boys with them wore jeans which have all holes in it.
NOTE: YOU CANNOT GO INTO A PERFORMANCE IN THE ESLPANADE
WEARING THOSE TYPE OF AWFUL CLOTHES.
She also said that if she was working there, she would not let them in
as it was disrespectful to the performers. But, she said they likely would
not listen to her as SINGAPOREANS ARE THICK SKINNED.
She said that she was disclipined from young till now that is why her
'skin is thick like an elephant'. After that, she added that 6 Patience
skin is 'as thick as the road'. Everyone started to laugh.

Today, during English period after recess, the martians found out that
Miss Chua is allergic to durians when they asked her what type of food she like
and one martian suggested durian. If she eats it, she will be sick for 1 week.
After that period, it was Social Studies. When the martians were learning
it, an intercom interrupted their studying. It was Miss Yap, telling the teachers
that the bus drivers gave them a goody bag which have durian puffs in it.
When the martians heard that, they laughed and laughed as they know that
Miss Chua will be sick.
After school, it was supplementary time. During Maths supplementary, Miss
Ang was doing a 'survey' with the martians about the questions they got
correct or wrong. When Miss Ang was asking who got correct for a question
about something which is 5 marks, YATI STAND UP. Everyone was so shocked.
And after that, they started to clap their martian hands. The next question which
is also 5 marks, Miss Ang asked who got wrong and YATI STAND UP.
Every martian started to say "chey...." etc....
During English supplementary, Miss Chua was giving out homework for the
martians and Baba suggested that she wanted ALOT OF HOMEWORK like 6 Joy.
Every martian started to groan. After that, I heard Ali saying that she wants
a divorce with Baba for nothing.
So... would Ali and Baba divorce??? Stay tuned... to the
ALIEN CHANNEL.
OH. ONE MORE THING. 6 PATIENCE WISH THE TEACHERS

Today was the last day of exams....
After the exams, Ms Chua came in and all the martians thought
that she was in a bad mood... so they went back to their places and did
their own things. After awhile, Ms Chua said to turned the front rows
chairs to the back. Everyone was confused.
By then, they were SOOO quiet. Ms Chua looked at them and then
said, "You can do your own things." When the martians heard that, they
started to laugh. They thought they were going to be scolded but in the end,
she wanted them to do our own things. While they were doing their own things,
Ms Chua was there MARKING THE SCIENCE PAPER. She marked and marked
and after awhile, she went and told them that some people dare to leave blanks to
the questions. She told them one was Baba.... (Sorry)

Today was the listening comprehension for the martians...
After the English listening, it was recess so the martians (Deborah, Clara,
Amanda Tan/Chia, Jamie and etc.) went down to eat. When they finished eating,
Ms Chua came and talked to them. I was there and was looking at her and
wondered, am I taller than her??? (Last time I wasn't) I whispered what I
wondered to martian Vanessa Chiu. She started looking at Ms Chua and I.
After that, she gasped. She asked Ms Chua what was her height. (Daring martian)
and Ms Chua said she was 156cm. I was in a shock. I AM TALLER THAN HER!!!
I told Ms Chua that I was taller than her. And she pretended to cry. HAHA.
After that, martian Deborah went to push martian Allison next to Ms Chua,
Ms Chua looked, and pretended to be angry... (FYI, martian Allison is 167cm...or more...)
After that, Ms Chua went and said that martian Allison ate Long Beans
while martian Clara ate Tao Gay so they grow SO tall.

Today martian Zelia came to school.(She was absent on Monday)
During Ms Chua period, Ms Chua went and asked martian Zelia for her
MC. Martian Zelia then said that her mum would call her later. After the
martian said that, every martian went and tell Ms Chua what happened to
martian Zelia. (Martian Zelia sprained her ankle during another martian's
birthday)
Ms Chua heard and started to ask why did the martian fall into the drain.
Martian Zelia kept quiet (I think) and Ms Chua started to tell the whole class
that martian Zelia saw a SHUAI GE (handsome man) in the drain so, martian
Zelia went into the drain with him. Everyone started to laugh.

This was Chinese Oral day for PSLE.
One martian, called Denise Foo, said the Oral was "ok-ok".

Monday, Aug 20, 2007
Today was English Prelim for the martians. Mdm Loh was the
person in charge of taking the class. When the martians were
doing their English paper, many martians e.g Baba and many
more, dropt their papers or pens on the floor and Mdm Loh was getting so
fustrated. When one martian, called Jael, went to drop her pen,
Mdm Loh pretended to kick it away and everyone laughed.
During H.E period that day, Miss Nisha asked what do the martians
want to do next week.
One martian, called Francine, said she wanted to do belly
dance while other martians said they wanted to do gymnatics
and fishing.... Aren't they weird???

Today was the Chinese Prelim for the martians.
When it was the last period of school, I heard from martian Sei Yin that martian
Shu Ting is GOING TO GET MARRIED.
*APPLAUSE PLEASE...*
I also heard from martian Jael saying that martian Shu Ting said she is going to get
married to a GANGSTER.

Today, at 7.15p.m and 9.15p.m, the martians were having their
oral for English.
One of the martians, called Deborah, said the oral was very good
for her. The martian also said that she BELIEVE she would score
very well.
Another martian, called Lim Wei, said it was easy.
All they left now is their Chinese Oral which is tomorrow...
Will they say the same thing as today? Easy? Or hard?

Today the martians went totally mad.
When they were having English lessons and they
were supposed to use an English dictionary to check up
the words, one martian called Sei Yin went to use the
E-Dictionary which is used for CHINESE.
Another time was when they were having Maths lesson,
a martian called Alethea went to draw an Indian dot on
her face.
And lastly, when someone squashed you, you will shout
that it is painful.
But Alethea was squashed by another martian called
Li Keng, and she went shouting,
"OW!!! MY FATS!!!"
This is rather weird, isn't it? But it's ok since they're martians.
Nothing to say anymore. Just stay tune to
the ALIEN CHANNEL.

Soon after, 6 Patience learnt so much till their brains became
the better of them.
They had all sorts of behaviour.
But the good part is that some of the martians were still good
(No offence.)
One of them,unfortunately, named "Yati" dropped into
the BLACK HOLE.
Some of her martian friends E.G Ali and Baba,
tried to help her out by encouraging Yati to become
a better martian.
They tried helping her till now...
(Sorry if it sounds harsh or something.. Don't mean to...)
Ali and Baba started to think of ways to prevent Yati from
dropping into the BLACK HOLE.
They started to go out together and found themselves
falling in LOVE with each other.
Hence, they got engaged but they didn't tell
the other martians till one day...
Miss Ang, who is their Maths teacher, caught Ali
writing WEDDING INVITATION to the other martians.
The news started to spread around 6Patience.
Unfortunately, I do not know when they would get married.
That's all I have to say today. Stay tune to the ALIEN CHANNEL.

Everyone should be asking, how is 6 Patience created?
Well, the story goes like this...
Once, Singapore was invaded by aliens which they called themselves"6Patience".
They started to go around Singapore trying to ask people
where they could learn how to speak their languages.
But people there were scared as they thought the aliens will eat them up
after they answered their question so they ran away.
The aliens started to wander around Singapore and found a school named "Paya Lebar Methodist Girls School Primary".
They went inside the school and found a lovely teacher called Miss Chua, there and asked her whether she could teach them.
She agreed and began teaching them from January till now.......
I'm sorry that I cannot tell the story of them learning launguages from January till now.
But I will start by today... So pull up your an antennas and stay tuned to the ALIEN CHANNEL...
